など、いろいろあると思います。
その思い、実現しましょう。そしてお客様にとって無くてはならない
存在価値を届けましょう。お客さんに喜んで頂けるカフェを作りましょう。

きれい事ばかり書いていますが、その裏にはしっかりとした経営・利益
が無いとダメなんですよね。

私のノウハウは、良い材料を使うことによって、コストを下げ
利益率を高めました。この利益率に抵抗がある人もいるのでしょうが、
それは全くの誤解です。

コーヒー屋というのは
おいしいコーヒーの対価として、お金を頂いているものです。
そして利益は必要です。

好きで始めたコーヒー屋、１年２年３年で閉店しては困るんですよ。

お客さんに喜んでもらうお店なら、
閉店することが一番お客の迷惑行為です。
