しかし、お客さんが日常的にお店が見え始めたときに

お店はオープンしてから拡大していくものじゃないんですよ。
現状維持＝衰退なんです。

この図式を理解してから、どうお店を進化させていくかを考えないと、
バクっと「豆屋をやりたい」だけでは、お店は続きませんよ。
